£8,500 in ULEZ Fines Due to Cloned Number Plate

The cloning incident occurred in October, and despite the motorist's appeals to TfL, their claims of innocence have been rejected. As a result, they have now been issued 17 "order for recovery of unpaid penalty charge" notices, with bailiffs threatening to take action next week if the fines are not resolved.
